Find out what it’s like to partner with a coach to support you in tuning into your heart to realize that you have all the answers to the questions that you seek.

Attitudes, Perspective, and Energy Levels

Day:  Tuesday

Time:  6:30 - 8:00 p.m.

Date:  February, 23, 2021

Attitudes, Perspective, and Energy Levels: Tuning into your emotions, thoughts, and beliefs about situations to discover ways to shift your own energy level on a daily basis. 

 

This workshop is designed to give you the tools to bring awareness of what energy levels you show up at most times on a daily basis in specific situations.  We will discuss ways to change your perspective and attitudes to allow the energy levels to work to your advantage.

 

The 90-minute interactive session will leave you feeling inspired and enthusiastic about recognizing your own energy levels and of those of others around you, offering you the steps to take to raise your own energy level, thus influencing others by your action.

Third Week Session:

Feeling Good and Experiencing True Happiness

Day:    Tuesday

Time:  6:30 - 8:00 p.m.

Date:  March 2, 2021

Cost:  Register for all 3 workshops for $125. / $50 for a single session

  • Everyday Vinaigrette with Chopped Salad and avocado
