     Finding your WORD is a simple, fun, and empowering exercise. In a world inundated with distractions, it’s powerful to have a daily reminder of what you want to actively focus on, or manifest, every day.


The WORD you choose will evolve over time, it’s what you want to remind yourself for this chapter of your life, it may be for a few weeks or months.



  • Simple but often overlooked tips to help you discover what’s really important

  • The secret to identifying your blocks and understanding how to release them.

  • The biggest mistake even the savviest people make when manifesting.

  • A sense of building community and support with like-minded inspired people

Join Natural Foods Cooking Instructor, Sandy Earl as she leads a cooking class to give you the basics of the what it takes to "EAT CLEAN",  along with easy recipes that give you the know how incorporate the principles into your everyday.
