I host cooking classes to inspire people to give themselves the gift of healthy food, that is simple and delicious.  So many times we want to follow a certain program of eliminating the foods that cause inflammation, mainly dairy, gluten, and sugar, but we don't know how to go about it.  My classes teach you about alternatives to those basics while letting you try firsthand the easy recipes we prepare in class.   It really comes down to how we feel when we prepare and eat our meals that determines how food truly nourishes our body, mind, and spirit.

Educational & Hands-on Cooking Classes

I offer classes that promote healthy overall eating rather than just one specific program. It give people the opportunity to try new recipes and to learn the value of eating whole, high quality organic foods.  The biggest bonus is that the classes are hands on, which means you actually get to participate in the food preparation and might even leave with a newfound knife skill set, holistic living tips, and an inspiration to honor your self care that you hadn't had before.

Girls Night Out

Get all of your girls together for a night of fun learning about healthy and healing foods that taste good and are easy to prepare. You may even discover ways to make your favorite dishes in a more healthful way.  Maybe it's someone's birthday or you simply want to get together to have some fun with cool music, and easily prepared delicious food. Bring your favorite wine to go along with the menu that you choose.
