I'm a natural health, holistic living advocate who believes that the way to go about making change is to tuning into the feelings that are associated with having the desired end result and living like you already have what you really want. 

I love to engage in activities that allow physical movement and fun all at the same time, like paddle boarding, rowing, curling, polka dancing, water aerobics, golfing, bicycling, working in the garden, walking, and doing yoga.
